Jayne Rutledge, MS, C.HT, BCN
Hi, I’m Jayne Rutledge. I provide Neurofeedback/Neurotherapy. I am very happy to be joining the Lapidus Clinic. In addition to Neurofeedback, I also provide QEEG assessments. QEEGs are used as a baseline for many people for improving brain function and as a precautionary maneuver just in case of a future brain injury. This gives the client a framework of how their brain is operating at the present time. People experiencing memory loss find having a QEEG helpful information, understanding where their cognitive deficits are derived from. Neurofeedback can be used to optimize health and performance.
I have a background in providing Neurofeedback and Neuro-stimulation for sports brain injuries, addiction, chronic pain, depression, sleep, memory, attention and anxiety. I am certified in Brain Fitness with A4M, American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. The A4M is dedicated to the advancement of technology to detect, prevent, and treat aging related disease and to promote research into methods to delay and optimize the human aging process.
“When my clients obtain their “aha moment” it is a joyous occasion and I feel privileged to be present when they claim their gifts of realization, be it through confidence, calmness, or control. You can’t help but smile. Let me help you relieve your stress, so you can find your passion and accomplish your goals.” – Jayne R.
Jayne is a new recruit to the beautiful Central Coast. In her free time, she enjoys golfing, biking, and taking hikes around this expansive countryside.
